- The minimum age to subscribe to an auto subscription is 18 years. Drivers who are younger than 23 can subscribe to vehicles with a maximum output of 150 kW or 204 PS. Drivers over 75 years old cannot subscribe to a FINN auto.
- You possess a valid driver’s license within the European Union that remains valid throughout the subscription period.
- You have a valid identification document.
- You have a registered address in Germany.
- You complete the verification process with your documents (driver’s license and ID card) during the ordering process.

As a FINN subscriber, you can add additional drivers to your auto subscription at any time, and it’s free for you. The registration process is done through your customer account. Under the “My Drivers” menu, you can register additional drivers by uploading the front and back of their driver’s licenses. Please note that only immediate family members, spouses, and members of your household can be registered, although exceptions may be granted in rare cases. Additional drivers must pass a driver’s license check and be at least 25 years old, and their creditworthiness is not checked. Otherwise, the same requirements apply as for the main subscriber.
Your insurance coverage includes liability insurance as well as comprehensive and collision insurance. The deductible for comprehensive and collision claims is 500 euros each. Liability insurance is legally required in Germany and covers damages you cause in road traffic. The insurance coverage amount is 100 million euros per accident.

For damages that can be covered by comprehensive insurance, there is a maximum deductible of 500 euros per claim.
